Simply Desserts cakes and cupcakes are available in a variety of delicious flavors and fillings.

All cakes and cupcakes are freshly baked, filled with a filling of your choice, and frosted with buttercream or rolled Fondant. 

Gluten free, Dairy free and Egg Free cakes are also available. Please contact us for flavors.

Cakes are available in all sizes and shapes to suit your occasion.

Cake Flavors:

Almond: Moist, white cake flavored with the essence of almonds. Recommended fillings: Amaretto, Bailey's Irish Cream, Coffee, Chocolate Ganache, Raspberry

Banana: Delightful buttermilk cake made with real sweet bananas. Recommended fillings: Caramel, Chocolate Ganache

Brown Sugar Spice: Brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves and ginger with a hint of nutmeg… a great choice for fall or any season. Recommended fillings: Apple, Orange, White Chocolate Cream Cheese

Calypso Carrot: Real grated carrots with the addition of crushed pineapple add a tropical twist to this traditional favorite. Recommended fillings: Pineapple preserve, White Chocolate Cream Cheese

Chocolate Fudge: Deep, dark, and delicious … addictive even for non-chocoholics. Recommended Fillings: Any except Lemon

Coconut: Moist white cake combined with the essence of coconuts and grated coconut. Recommended Fillings: Chocolate Ganache, Key Lime, Lemon, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Raspberry

Frostings

Italian Meringue Buttercream: Creamy whipped cooked frosting that is made with egg whites and fresh creamery butter. (This frosting is silky and not too sweet. It can be flavored to make a variety of fillings. This is the standard frosting that is used).

American Buttercream: Traditional frosting made with butter, powdered sugar, and flavored with vanilla. (Can be made dairy free and also available as chocolate.)

Chocolate Buttercream: Chocolaty, buttery frosting flavored with dark cocoa, Godiva liqueur, and melted dark chocolate ganache. (This frosting tastes just like chocolate mousse.)

Ganache: Frosting that is a combination of melted chocolate, heavy cream, and butter. (This frosting is very rich and for the true chocoaholic.)

Rolled Fondant: Sugar dough that is rolled into a thin sheet and smoothed over the cake. It gives the cake a smooth matte porcelain look. (Rolled fondant has a dense, chewy texture and has a sweet taste that is similar in flavor to marshmallows)
